1. Check the travel locks.
2. Check to make sure the cam lock is not engaged.

1. Check to make sure that the fabric is centered, and the anchoring screws are no more than 1" inside the edge of the fabric on both ends.
2. The mounting arms might not be parallel.
3. The fabric may have stretched.

1. Check to make sure that the locking knob, on the rafter arm is not loose.
2. It is possible that the fabric has stretched.

1. Make sure that the cam lock is engaging, at full extension. If it will not engage, it may be worn out, and needs replaced.
