1. No, it is recommended to not lubricate the system. Instead, clean it using water and a mild detergent.
You will have error code 3, blinking on your controller if the voltage drops below 10 volts DC. It is recommended to check the voltage on the main power and ground connection of the controller with a digital multimeter to verify what the voltage is.
To perform a factory reset, press the mode button 4 times and hold it on the 5th until the lights begin blinking at the same time.
A factory reset will be needed whenever we change the controller, motor, the polarity of the motor, or the stops are not properly set.
